Drilling Rig Foreman

Responsibilities

• Supervise rig-less completion operations and ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Lead and manage a team of technicians and operators to execute completion activities efficiently
• Coordinate with field personnel and other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor well performance and recommend appropriate interventions to optimize production
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports for management
• Assist in developing and implementing operating procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices in rig-less operations
• Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures
• Direct all well operations safely according to Well Completion programs and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
• Ensure compliance with Blowout Prevention Standards and site safety procedures
• Provide daily reports of work progress to headquarters

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering with 10 years of experience in well completion and high-pressure oil and gas wells
• OR High School/ITC completion with 15 years of related experience in well completion and high-pressure wells
• Proven knowledge in handling operational responsibilities on critical wells
• Strong leadership, judgment, and dependability
