Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all gas well completion activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Conduct JSAs, risk assessments, and enforce HSE protocols
- Manage contractors, equipment, and logistics on site
- Monitor well performance and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain accurate operational and safety documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of completion engineering and well control
- Excellent field supervision and contractor management skills
- Proficiency in safety protocols and real-time decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Well Completion Engineering certification
- Well Control certification
- HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) certification
