Responsibilities

• Design, test, and improve MarianaOS tools for drilling, exploration, sampling, QA/QC, assay review, and resource modeling
• Translate field drilling workflows into product requirements, user stories, data models, and software specifications
• Develop automated systems for drill planning, target prioritization, hole design, and drill schedule tracking
• Define and automate end-to-end sample workflows, including chain of custody, lab status tracking, and QA/QC review
• Support automated comparison of drill results against geologic interpretations and resource models
• Act as a domain expert bridge between field teams and software engineers
• Support drilling and resource definition workflows for the Copper One project in Utah

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related technical discipline
• 3+ years of experience in drilling, exploration, mine geology, or resource modeling
• Strong understanding of drilling workflows, sample collection, assay data, and QA/QC procedures
• Experience with geological block models, 3D geological modeling, and resource classification
• Proficiency with tools such as Leapfrog, Vulcan, Datamine, Deswik, Surpac, Micromine, acQuire, MX Deposit, or GIS platforms
• Ability to translate field workflows into clear software requirements and process maps
• Willingness to be based near the Lisbon Valley / Monticello-Moab, Utah project area
