Drilling/Assembly Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead assembly topics dedicated to the A350 ramp-up and A350F industrialisation
• Develop new assembly initiatives focusing on blind fasteners, connected assets, and process monitoring
• Manage assembly projects to achieve best-in-class processes in collaboration with production sites
• Support production sites in adapting assembly processes to ensure cycle stabilisation and cost improvement
• Analyse and assess proposed solutions against safety, sustainability, process capability, and cost metrics
• Identify and resolve technical issues while collaborating with Design Engineering, manufacturing plants, and suppliers
• Travel within Europe approximately twice a month for business purposes

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent in a related discipline paired with practical experience
• Solid experience in manufacturing, engineering, and assembly processes
• Deep understanding of industrial manufacturing systems and assembly tools
• Proven ability to manage complex, dynamic projects autonomously in a transnational environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact across all levels of hierarchy
• Mandatory negotiation-level fluency in English (written and verbal)
