About the role
Responsibilities
- Daily operation and maintenance of the center and associated outdoor areas
- Ensuring clean, tidy, and presentable common areas
- Daily inspection of technical systems
- Conducting technical control rounds and following up on deviations
- Contributing to systematic HSE and fire prevention work
- Performing minor repairs and practical maintenance work
- Following up and assisting tenants as needed
- Collaborating with suppliers and external partners
Requirements
- Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, maintenance, or similar
- Interest in building and property operations
- Basic understanding of technical systems is an advantage
- Trade certificate in building operations, carpentry, or similar is an advantage but not a requirement
- Driver's license class B
- Service-oriented and enjoys helping others
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented
