Catering Danmark is a market leader in catering for private events and parties in Denmark. With strong brands like Kokken & Jomfruen, Smageriet, and Kokken & Co, we deliver food experiences to both private and corporate clients. We operate three locations in Aarhus, Odense, and Copenhagen with over 100 employees.

Responsibilities

• Optimize production across all kitchens with a focus on process optimization, capacity utilization, and profitability
• Implement and follow up on KPIs, standards, procedures, and work processes
• Ensure consistent high quality, delivery reliability, and compliance with food safety and certification requirements
• Utilize spare capacity and drive the development of new product concepts
• Drive standardization to allow production to scale without increased complexity or costs
• Develop, direct, and follow up with the three kitchen managers to ensure a uniform leadership and professional level
• Collaborate closely with development, sales, procurement, and other functions to ensure cohesion across the value chain

Requirements

• Solid culinary background
• Experience leading large kitchens or high-volume production units (catering, foodservice, or canteen operations)
• Experience in leadership through other leaders
• Strong experience in production and capacity planning
• Routine experience working with KPIs such as raw material percentage, labor percentage, contribution margin, and waste
• In-depth knowledge of food safety, self-control, and hygiene requirements
• Structured, clear, and consistent leadership style
