Responsibilities

• Litter picking and sanitation
• Emptying trash cans and waste containers
• Cleaning walkways, bus stops, and public areas
• Simple external maintenance and care
• Reporting damages, errors, and deviations via digital tools
• Other operational and service tasks

Requirements

• Responsible and self-motivated
• Good collaborative skills
• Meticulous and observant
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Fluent communication in Swedish
• B-driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sanitation, property maintenance, park management, or similar
• Proficiency using mobile phones or tablets for work
