Drayage Operations Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement uniform Drayage processes across the division
• Manage the Drayage TMS, ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting, and performing quality audits
• Create and deliver training programs and policies for TMS, BI tools, and other operational systems
• Provide effective coaching and training to operators on systems and processes
• Coordinate project plans and systems activities for new fleet start-ups and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain comprehensive systems and process documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics
• 5+ years of transportation experience, ideally in a port or rail drayage environment
• Strong knowledge of CSA 2010, FMCSR, DOT, and Hours-of-Service regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Trinium TMS is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work extended hours, including nights and weekends as needed
• Proven ability to prepare and deliver training and coaching to operators
