Drain Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
• Utilize jetting equipment and other tools to clear clogs and blockages
• Diagnose and troubleshoot drain-related problems
• Make repairs to all aspects of the drainage system
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective solutions
• Communicate with clients to explain issues and proposed resolutions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Plumbing Drain Technician
• Experience with Service Titan
• Solid understanding of basic plumbing concepts and water distribution
• Valid driver license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass drug and background screens
• General sales skills and aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions
