Drain Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial drain cleaning and hydro jetting
• Execute light plumbing repairs as required
• Manage daily job schedules and time management
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding service status and tasks
• Obtain client signatures and process payments
• Input materials and job notes into Service Titan
• Maintain company vehicle, inventory, and tools
• Adhere to all safety practices and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR
• Ability to pass drug test and background check
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Physical fitness for working in tight spaces, heights, and varying temperatures
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
