Drain Sales Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and clear residential drain and sewer issues at customer homes
• Provide guidance to homeowners on permanent sewer line repair solutions
• Perform camera main inspections and overall system assessments
• Work closely with Plumbing Service Manager and Dispatch to deliver customer solutions
• Maintain clean, organized job areas and represent company ethics in the field
• Participate in department meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of sewer systems and plumbing safety codes
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Diagnostic and analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to evaluate install team personnel and provide field coaching
