Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot drain issues using professional-grade drain-cleaning machines
• Perform maintenance and cleaning of drains and pipes using advanced tools and safe techniques
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain findings and recommend solutions
• Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism and reliability
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a hazard-free work environment
• Maintain accurate service records, including materials used and work completed
• Work independently or collaboratively to complete assigned jobs on schedule

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of drain cleaning experience preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to bend, walk, crawl, climb ladders, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
