About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate BE1370 & Marion 8200 Draglines to produce Steelmaking Coal
- Demonstrate safe working behaviours and practices to achieve set targets
- Drive optimization and continuous performance improvement
Requirements
- Experienced dragline operator with Dozer skills
- Demonstrated knowledge in dragline set up, operations and dig methods
- Proven operating experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with a safety-first mindset
