Draftsman

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for facility layouts, modifications, and maintenance works
• Update floor plans, equipment layouts, and utilities drawings based on site changes or renovation projects
• Develop and maintain up-to-date as-built drawings for all facilities and building systems
• Coordinate with facility engineers, maintenance supervisors, and contractors to collect design data and confirm on-site measurements
• Conduct site visits to verify existing conditions and take field measurements
• Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards, building codes, and safety regulations
• Support the integration of asset data and spatial layouts into CAFM or Building Management Systems (BMS)

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil, Architectural, or MEP Drafting, or a related technical field
• 0–1 year of experience as a Draftsman in facilities management, property maintenance, or construction
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of MEP, civil, and architectural drawings
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and prepare accurate drawings
• Strong documentation, revision control, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Revit or similar BIM software
• Experience with as-built drawing preparation and space planning
