Draftsman (Piping)

Responsibilities

• Perform 2D drafting and simple 3D modelling tasks assigned by the project within schedule and quality requirements
• Interface with Draftsmen, Engineers, and Designers to report on project progress and anomalies
• Execute activities ensuring compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements
• Carry out 3D modelling tasks using Tekla or other similar 3D CAD tools
• Create design drawings for installation sequences, equipment utilization, and vessel layouts
• Prepare bills of materials or material take-offs for requisitions
• Perform self-checks to ensure document quality and update documents based on inter-discipline checks or client comments

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Piping Engineering (preferable)
• 5+ years of EPC experience at an expert level in drafting
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong 2D and 3D modelling skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tekla or similar 3D CAD software
• Knowledge of standard codes, regulations, and design criteria
• Familiarity with Electronic Document System Management
