Draftsman - Apprenticeship

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings in CAD/Revit following industry-standard Levels of Development (LOD)
• Develop Electrical, ELV, Plumbing, Fire, and HVAC Ducting drawings on architectural layouts
• Create 3D rendered architectural and structural models using Enscape and Revit
• Develop parametric and non-parametric Revit families based on client specifications
• Model architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure design accuracy and integration
• Coordinate with internal teams and external architects to meet project requirements
• Produce detailed as-built models for project delivery
• Evaluate Bill of Quantities and maintain drawing logs and records
• Conduct site inspection visits as necessary to map project scope

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Only freshers are eligible to apply
• Proficiency in Revit (Architecture, Structure, and MEP)
• Experience with Enscape and Navisworks
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with MS Word and PowerPoint
