Responsibilities

• Take general vehicle dimensions, contours, and clearances before disassembly
• Trace sections on the body and perform physical cuts
• Redraw parts using vector software based on 3D files or pre-disassembly photos
• Layout and color parts according to standards, including characteristics like thickness, size, and materials
• Reconstitute cut parts and perform specific studies (windshields, seals, etc.)
• Perform data quality control using checklists
• Manage 3D realignment and file format conversions (PDF, DXF, JPEG, etc.)
• Manage bill of materials (BOM) and create Excel files and exploded views
• Train interns or new arrivals

Requirements

• BAC PRO EDPI minimum, ideally BTS CPI
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (CAO/DAO)
• Ability to read 2D plans
• Strong spatial awareness
• Rigorous and meticulous approach
• Proficiency with IT tools
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
