Drafting Trainer

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver classroom and practical drafting training programs covering basic, intermediate, and advanced techniques
• Develop and maintain training materials including lesson plans, presentations, manuals, and instructional resources
• Assess trainee performance through written and practical evaluations and provide constructive feedback
• Monitor trainee attendance, progress, and classroom discipline
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation in accordance with company procedures
• Ensure training activities comply with company policies, engineering standards, and HSE requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Associate Degree in Drafting Technology, or Vocational Diploma in Engineering Drawing
• Minimum 4 years of Oil & Gas industry experience with a degree, or 11 years without a degree
• Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
• Experience in mechanical, civil, structural, or architectural drafting
• Experience in training, mentoring, coaching, or delivering technical instruction
• Fluent in English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent TOEFL score)
• Arabic proficiency is an advantage
