Drafting & Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the design, analysis, and execution of mechanical, civil, structural, and electrical engineering projects.
• Perform engineering calculations including hydraulics, pipe stress analysis, HEC-RAS modeling, and structural design.
• Develop complete design packages and supporting documentation for various engineering disciplines.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, contractors, and vendors to obtain necessary project information.
• Maintain core drawings by working with project leaders to complete as-built documentation for facilities.
• Ensure all designs comply with company standards, applicable codes, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting established deadlines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to support safe and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, chemical, or electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
• 0 to 3 years of related engineering experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
