About the Company

FASTE, a subsidiary of SMAC based in Lisses (91), specializes in building envelope trades. They provide high-quality custom solutions in roofing, cladding, waterproofing, locksmithing/metalwork, as well as timber framing and wall structures.

Responsibilities

• Participate in transfer and launch meetings
• Verify that technical and regulatory choices are compliant
• Create plans using AutoCAD following internal procedures and graphic charters (detail books, layout plans, manufacturing plans)
• Read and analyze architectural, structural, and support plans to manage interfaces
• Participate in technical review meetings with external stakeholders (architects, control offices, etc.)
• Manage and track paper and digital documentation
• Provide regular reporting to management

Requirements

• Bac+2/+3 degree in building or construction economics
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within building envelope trades
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
