About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely drawings and bills of material for Custom Engineered Systems
- Ensure all documentation is dimensionally and pictorially complete and adheres to requirements
- Enhance departmental knowledge of products and drafting/CAD methods through continuous training
- Propose ideas to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase overall productivity
- Support the design and fabrication of compressor packages and industrial heating/refrigeration systems
Requirements
- High School or Technical School graduate (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of computer-aided drafting (CAD) experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and customer orientation
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment
- Self-motivated professional
