About the Company

Cornerstone Energy Services, Inc. specializes in engineering, survey, and land solutions for the energy infrastructure sector. We collaborate closely with developers and operators of oil and gas pipelines and electric transmission systems, supporting both extensive linear projects and site-specific developments.

Responsibilities

• Work on energy infrastructure drafting and design projects
• Create base maps, site plans, and existing conditions for infrastructure and utilities
• Utilize advanced AutoCAD skills to setup drawings and relationships between files
• Adhere to company and industry design and drafting standards
• Work from detailed sketches and data to produce computer-generated graphs, charts, and drawings
• Follow standard CAD procedures for layering, symbols, annotation, and sheet layout
• Coordinate details, dimensions, and notes between drawing sheets
• Analyze sketches and notes to determine the best approach for drawing completion

Requirements

• Entry-level to five years of experience drafting using AutoCAD
• Experience with site layout, utility design, boundary and easement plans, and alignment sheets
• Proficiency with AutoCAD tools, including model/paper space, units, and scales
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to apply concepts of algebra, geometry, and trigonometry
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable DMV record
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate of Arts and Science in Engineering, Drafting, Design, Graphic Arts, or a related field
