Downstream Process Excellence Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of efficiency, effectiveness, and governance projects within the Downstream Reporting & Analysis organization.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from ideation and demand management to implementation and hyper-care.
• Drive change management and readiness across people, processes, and systems to ensure successful project adoption.
• Conduct business and process impact assessments and risk management evaluations.
• Act as a custodian of existing processes, identifying opportunities to optimize structures and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Controllers, Process Owners, and IT to align on system transitions and corporate reorganizations.
• Serve as a pathfinder for data and knowledge management, including value stream mapping and process documentation.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Professional Qualification in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Proven experience in project or program management.
• Expertise in change management at a multi-project or portfolio level.
• Strong numeracy skills and experience in financial or management information systems.
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
• Passion for the energy industry and leveraging technology/automation to drive value.
