Downstream Process Excellence Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of efficiency, effectiveness, and governance projects within the Downstream Reporting & Analysis organization.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from ideation and demand management to implementation and hyper-care.
• Drive change management and readiness across people, processes, and systems to ensure successful transformation.
• Conduct business and process impact assessments and manage risks associated with project delivery.
• Act as a custodian of existing processes, identifying opportunities to optimize structures and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Controllers, Process Owners, and IT to ensure seamless integration.
• Support system transitions (such as CFIN or S4) and assess process alterations resulting from corporate reorganizations or mergers.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Professional Qualification in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Exceptional numeracy skills and experience in financial environments.
• Proven experience in project or program management.
• Expertise in change management at a multi-project or portfolio level.
• Strong understanding of Downstream Financial and Management Information Systems and data flows.
• Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills.
