Downstream Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate BU strategy into local strategy and country commercial plans with specific targets and actions
• Ensure sales team meets Revenue, GSM, and sustainability targets
• Manage direct sales accounts and execute pricing strategies to secure channel alignment
• Oversee the transition from Upstream to Downstream to ensure successful project closure
• Collect and share market requirements, demands, and upcoming trends with Global functions
• Lead the SAMBA methodology and provide coaching to sales team members
• Provide people leadership including recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing team

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in a sales function within multinational companies or related commercial departments
• Strong commercial and business acumen
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proficiency in SAP
• Fluency in both Italian and English (verbal and written)
• Ability to meet physical requirements for the position, such as mobility and strength, in line with local laws
