Dough Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Perform batch setup and mixing of dough, including gathering, measuring, and mixing ingredients
• Remove dough balls from the rounder conveyor belt and place them into trays using templates
• Stack filled dough trays and prepare them for shipment or cooler storage
• Clean and sanitize production equipment including dividers, mixers, bowls, and belts
• Load and monitor the tray washer to ensure water pressure and detergent levels meet company standards
• Maintain sanitation logs and perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping floors and emptying waste containers
• Rotate through various positions including dough maker, dough placer, tray washer, and stacker

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of production or manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently
• Ability to stand, climb, and walk on a continual basis throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a production environment with exposure to loud machinery and extreme temperatures
• Flexible shift availability, including early mornings and weekends
