About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute Roman-style pizza dough production with precision, honoring fermentation and specific processes
- Manage dough production, fermentation schedules, and prep work during daytime shifts
- Support prep and service workflows to ensure consistency and speed
- Own station setup, organization, and breakdown, maintaining a clean and dialed-in workspace
- Communicate clearly with the team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
- Maintain high standards of mise en place and food safety
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in bread, pizza dough, baking, fermentation, or scratch-made food production
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to consistency and craftsmanship
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage production schedules and prep lists
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Reliable, dependable, and accountable professional with a team-oriented mindset
