About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, and develop complex full-stack software applications and microservices.
  • Lead end-to-end solutions for responsive UIs and high-throughput BillPay APIs.
  • Develop high-volume transaction APIs for consumption by omni-channel platforms.
  • Enhance API solutions to provide simple, easy-to-consume interfaces for Fintech companies.
  • Participate in the development of roadmaps and strategies to document API specifications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience implementing complex full-stack solutions, including digital/mobile systems, APIs, and microservices.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft tech stack, specifically C#, ASP.NET MVC, and JavaScript.
  • 5+ years of software development experience within Agile and Scrum environments.
  • Hands-on experience building APIs using WCF, Web API, or RESTful technologies.
  • Experience with ReactJS or Angular, and SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
  • Familiarity with MS Azure cloud infrastructure and security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, SSL).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with automated, performance, unit (NUnit), and integration testing (Postman, Jmeter).
  • Knowledge of object-oriented design patterns, Domain Driven Design (DDD), and TDD.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and tools such as GitHub, Jira, and Jenkins.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft .NET Core and CSS preprocessors.
  • Experience in SDLC and DevOps within the financial or payment industry.
