About the role
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core)
- Lead the design of microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native solutions
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, including code reviews and mentoring development teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Design and develop scalable backend services and ensure adherence to CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Implement cloud-native patterns using containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Oversee performance optimization, reliability, and application security standards
Requirements
- 8 to 12+ years of overall software development experience
- 3 to 5+ years in a technical leadership or architect role
- Expertise in .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, and ASP.NET frameworks
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
- Proficiency with Azure (preferred) or AWS cloud platforms
- Solid understanding of SQL Server and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
- Exposure to event-driven architecture and CQRS patterns
- Experience working with high-volume, low-latency systems
- Familiarity with observability tools like Application Insights or Splunk
- Relevant certifications in Azure or Cloud Architecture
