About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core)
  • Lead the design of microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native solutions
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership, including code reviews and mentoring development teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Design and develop scalable backend services and ensure adherence to CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Implement cloud-native patterns using containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Oversee performance optimization, reliability, and application security standards

Requirements

  • 8 to 12+ years of overall software development experience
  • 3 to 5+ years in a technical leadership or architect role
  • Expertise in .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, and ASP.NET frameworks
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
  • Proficiency with Azure (preferred) or AWS cloud platforms
  • Solid understanding of SQL Server and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
  • Exposure to event-driven architecture and CQRS patterns
  • Experience working with high-volume, low-latency systems
  • Familiarity with observability tools like Application Insights or Splunk
  • Relevant certifications in Azure or Cloud Architecture
