Responsibilities

• Provide color and arrangement consultancy to individual clients and professionals like architects and decorators
• Offer professional product advice to help customers create beautiful interiors
• Manage showroom aesthetics by creating displays and decorations
• Drive active sales and implement marketing tools to support sales results
• Handle customer payments and ensure all sales documentation complies with company policy
• Maintain high standards of customer service and showroom image
• Oversee sales documentation and manage incoming goods, including unloading and system entry

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a salesperson or customer advisor
• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to assist with interior design/arrangement
• Highly developed interpersonal and sales skills
• Commitment to achieving company goals and strategies
• Enthusiastic attitude and a focus on high-quality customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the sale of decorative or finishing materials
• Knowledge of the paint and decorative products market
