Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps using an assigned tote or cart
• Utilize the company field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart to on-site disposal areas
• Perform additional services including porter service, bulk item hauling, and pet station waste removal
• Maintain daily communication with supervisors to ensure effective workflow
• Work quietly and efficiently to minimize noise disturbance to residents

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and use hands/arms repetitively
• Ability to climb stairs in apartment buildings
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ownership of an open-bed pickup truck (required at most properties)
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Possession of a smartphone to use the company app
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
