Doorstep Waste Removal

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from resident doorsteps using an assigned tote or cart
• Use a field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting
• Transport collected waste using an open-bed pickup truck or cart to on-site disposal areas
• Perform additional services including porter service, bulk item hauling, and pressure washing
• Maintain quiet and efficient work habits to minimize resident disturbance
• Communicate daily with supervisors to ensure effective workflow

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and use hands/arms repetitively
• Ability to climb stairs in apartment buildings
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ownership of an open-bed pickup truck (required at most properties)
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Possession of a smartphone to use the company app
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
