About the Company

Palazzo Sanzio Roma is a brand new hotel opening in the heart of Rome, located in Trastevere. Part of the Radisson Hotel Group, this Umbertine-era palace will feature 71 rooms, a luxury restaurant, a rooftop bar, and a state-of-the-art gym.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out processes
• Support guests with practical requests to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience
• Collaborate with Front Office and Concierge teams to coordinate guest journeys
• Maintain a professional and attentive presence in common hotel areas
• Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere aligned with brand standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Positive "Yes I Can!" attitude and flexibility
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of a second language
