Responsibilities

• Responsible for the welcome and farewell of guests according to company policies
• Manage guest car parking and maintain the cleanliness of the parking area
• Ensure the external reception area is well maintained and in order
• Stay informed about guest arrivals, departures, and in-house information
• Provide information regarding local touristic attractions and hotel services
• Work closely with Reception staff to offer assistance
• Handle emergency requests as directed by a Supervisor
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain professional relationships

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Italian
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• High emotional intelligence and ability to handle interpersonal relationships
• Adaptability to changing priorities and pressurized situations
• Strong drive to deliver exceptional service
