Door Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact at the entrance, greeting guests with warmth and professionalism to set the tone for their experience.
• Manage seating arrangements and provide accurate waiting times to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
• Execute guest list and ticket verification procedures, balancing exclusivity with accessibility.
• Implement strategic crowd management techniques to regulate guest flow and prevent congestion.
• Maintain constant vigilance over the entrance area to address security concerns or disruptive behavior in collaboration with the security team.
• Lead and inspire the door staff, providing ongoing support, guidance, and regular training sessions.
• Recognize regular guests and deliver personalized service to enhance guest relations.
• Act as a liaison between guests and other departments to resolve queries with finesse.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment, specifically in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven proficiency in managing reservation platforms and various booking channels.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Ability to maintain high grooming standards and a professional, polished demeanor.
