Door Attendant

Responsibilities

• Greeting all guests with a warm and professional demeanor, opening car and hotel doors
• Managing the flow of traffic at the hotel entrance, coordinating with valets and porters
• Assisting guests with luggage and directing them to the reception or concierge
• Providing guests with basic information about the hotel and local area
• Maintaining the security and pristine appearance of the hotel entrance and lobby
• Hailing taxis and arranging transportation for guests
• Recognizing repeat guests and VIPs

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Door Attendant or in a similar guest-facing role within a 5-star luxury hotel
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A confident, proactive, and courteous personality
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various conditions
