Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an independent international organization that provides medical care to the people who need it most. MSF USA is one of 24 sections supporting the global movement, primarily through staff recruitment, fundraising, advocacy, and communications.
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for donors by answering calls, emails, and mail inquiries
- Resolve customer queries and complaints to maintain and strengthen donor relationships
- Manage basic aspects of the data management system and support data-driven outcomes
- Provide administrative support by producing and updating MS documents and databases
- Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization
- Assist in the development of messages for donors regarding MSF’s programs and policies
Requirements
- Minimum two years of administrative experience, preferably in customer service or non-profit environments
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent professional experience
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Proven administrative skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to track and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment
