Donor Relationship Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating a national High Value Donor Relationship Plan to strengthen connections with valued supporters
• Build genuine relationships with donors through effective stewardship activities
• Support implementation of the annual plan through communications and supporter events
• Proactively identify and develop new opportunities to connect with donors through innovative experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of information and donor updates
• Maintain accurate reporting and database management of donor records

Requirements

• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• Proven track record in customer-facing, account management, or client relations roles
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM or database systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Experience in fundraising or donor stewardship is desirable but not essential
