About the role

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all Domestic Violence High Risk Team (DVHRT) meetings to build trust and collaboration between multi-disciplinary members
  • Prepare meeting agendas, documentation, and maintain accurate attendance logs and minutes
  • Monitor active high-risk cases and ensure ongoing updates are provided to team members between meetings
  • Act as a liaison between New Hope advocates and the DVHRT to ensure efficient information sharing
  • Develop policies and communication systems to improve the domestic violence response system
  • Maintain confidential client records and develop tracking systems for case data and outcomes
  • Analyze DVHRT data to provide meaningful reports to team members, the community, and funders
  • Provide technical support, onboarding, and training to team members on best practices and research

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area of study
  • Completion of 40-hour pre-service victim services training within 6 months of hire
  • Experience in multi-agency facilitation
  • Experience in providing training and education
  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License with a safe, reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
  • Ability to pass criminal background checks (WATCH, FBI, and national sex offender/child abuse registries)
  • Acceptable driving report

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in victim support services
  • Bi-lingual Spanish speaking skills
