Domestic Order Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle domestic customer orders by reviewing accuracy in customer details, product codes, specifications, and pricing.
• Enter, confirm, and release orders accurately within the M3 system.
• Track the entire order lifecycle, including production, warehousing, and logistics status.
• Coordinate daily with customer centers regarding sales forecasts and factory production status.
• Resolve order processing issues and organize special order review meetings.
• Perform routine system invoice transfers and coordinate with warehouse keepers for delivery notes.
• Conduct regular order data verification and produce statistical reports on accuracy and on-time delivery rates.
• Comply with all Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in order processing, customer service, or sales order follow-up.
• Associate degree or higher (degree in Business, Trade, Logistics, or Management preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn and operate the M3 system.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
