Domestic Customer Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for federal financial management systems via phone and email
• Manage and track customer inquiries and trouble tickets using the Engage CGFS database
• Conduct research, data gathering, and analysis to resolve customer issues
• Draft and release informational, system interruption, and software release email broadcasts
• Create and update articles for the CGFS Knowledge Base self-help tool
• Escalate complex technical issues to Tier II analysts as required

Requirements

• BA/BS degree (Accounting preferred)
• Experience performing technical analysis and troubleshooting software or system applications
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent professional communication skills
• US Citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support in high-volume call centers
• Knowledge of Federal accounting, financial management policies, and procedures
• Experience supporting the development, testing, or implementation of large-scale financial systems
