DOME Lab Technician

Responsibilities

• Build, validate, and test development kits for internal technical teams and external customers
• Manage bills of materials (BOMs), generate part numbers, and support component sourcing
• Package and ship development kits to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including Quick Start Guides and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
• Support change management and maintain accurate inventory of kits and components
• Own lab safety responsibilities, including conducting monthly audits and quarterly safety walkthroughs

Requirements

• Associate’s degree, technical certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience in a technical, lab, manufacturing, or operations support role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Experience with inventory tracking and process documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience assembling hardware kits or complex technical systems
• Familiarity with bills of materials (BOMs) and part number classification
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation and SDS files
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative R&D environment
