Domain Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical escalation point for Automated Operations activities.
• Monitor ticket queues to ensure timely responses and provide on-call support when required.
• Perform diagnosis, resource fulfillment, and maintenance for 4G and 5G services.
• Ensure services meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels through proactive failure detection and analysis.
• Execute system administration tasks including database maintenance, user access management, and application coordination.
• Support Problem Management through investigation, diagnosis, and the proposal of workarounds or solutions.
• Conduct Change Introduction impact analysis and perform routine preventive maintenance.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics, Computer Science, or Telecommunications).
• 0–5 years of experience in support and monitoring activities for 5G or LTE elements.
• Strong understanding of 4G and 5G network architecture.
• Knowledge of mobile telecommunications, including telephony switching, transport networks, and signaling.
• Proficiency in KPI analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Working knowledge of scripting and automation.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud technologies.
• Experience with multivendor telecommunication equipment troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of MS EOE processes and automation for toil reduction.
