Domain SME (Supply Chain)

Responsibilities

• Review Value Chain Operations strategy inputs and identify connection points with Research and Development Digital priorities
• Map collaboration opportunities across the value chain between R&D and operations
• Identify formula-to-factory data dependencies, scale-up constraints, and operational readiness needs
• Support the development of predictive quality and food safety opportunity areas
• Assess the manufacturing, sustainability, and ingredient substitution implications of R&D decisions
• Translate collaboration opportunities into actionable roadmap and operating model requirements

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, product lifecycle, quality, operations, or transformation advisory
• Proven experience connecting product development with manufacturing, quality, and operational execution
• Deep understanding of data flows across planning, sourcing, production, quality, and delivery
• Ability to identify practical business value at the intersection of R&D and operations
• Bachelor's Degree
