Domain Group Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Classic AUTOSAR engineers across BSW, MCAL, and integration domains.
• Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage resource planning, task allocation, and team workload distribution.
• Oversee the design, development, integration, and validation of Classic AUTOSAR stack components.
• Review AUTOSAR architecture, module configurations, and embedded software implementation.
• Guide the team in debugging, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis across BSW/MCAL layers.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of AUTOSAR BSW, MCAL, and integration artifacts.
• Identify project risks and technical bottlenecks, driving mitigation actions in coordination with Project Managers.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in automotive embedded software development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Classic AUTOSAR (BSW modules like NVM, system safety integrity, Reset management configuration & integration).
• Proven experience leading engineering teams of 10-12 members.
• Solid understanding of automotive development processes including V-model, ASPICE, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency with tools such as Vector DaVinci Configurator/Developer, EB Tresos, and CANoe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence at multiple organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global engineering centers or international customer teams.
• Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) concepts and application.
• Familiarity with FORVIA HELLA development processes and quality frameworks.
• Exposure to requirement management tools (Doors) and configuration management tools (Git, PTC).
