Domain Architect

Responsibilities

• Guide the design and implementation of modular digital solutions for social and competitive tennis players.
• Support ongoing digital transformation by working across business teams, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate technology capabilities and dependencies.
• Identify technical requirements and document solution architecture to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Maintain architecture artefacts and provide strategic input into the broader technology roadmap.
• Optimize solution design within both new projects and business-as-usual (BAU) activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Solution Architecture, including technical design, decision-making, and deliverables.
• Strong expertise in Integration and API design and development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and integration services.
• Experience implementing and leveraging SaaS products while balancing customization needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to hold (or obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Identity management and customer profile data management.
• Experience working with systems such as Auth0, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), and Databricks.
