Domain Architect - Technology

Responsibilities

• Define and lead architecture strategies for foundational Digital & Technology (D&T) and infrastructure capabilities
• Ensure all foundational architectures are secure by design, resilient by default, and scalable at a global level
• Provide line management and professional leadership for Solution Architects across integration, network, hosting, data, and AI domains
• Drive the reduction of technology sprawl and architectural debt through strategic platform convergence
• Define and enforce architecture standards, patterns, and guardrails across the enterprise
• Act as a trusted executive advisor to the CTO and CIO on technology risk, resilience, and investment trade-offs
• Collaborate with cross-functional Domain Architects to ensure end-to-end value stream enablement and avoid technical silos

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior Architecture roles
• Deep expertise across infrastructure, integration, and platform technologies
• Proven experience in people management and building technical capabilities
• Strong background in designing secure and resilient systems
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating within large, global, and highly regulated enterprises
• Proven track record of driving cloud and platform convergence
• Experience architecting AI-enabled enterprise platforms
• Awareness of regional technology ecosystems and regulatory constraints (e.g., China)
