Domain Architect

Responsibilities

• Design business-driven, future-ready architectural solutions for the International Pharma Commercial Marketing & Customer Engagement portfolio.
• Define the architectural vision for patient and HCP engagement across international markets, aligning technology with commercial priorities.
• Create Conceptual and Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, Ontologies, and Integration pathways.
• Establish reference architectures, design patterns, and fitness functions to manage Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
• Maintain the technology roadmap for the International Commercial landscape, focusing on CRM and Omnichannel Marketing.
• Partner with Commercial Excellence, Medical Affairs, and Marketing stakeholders to ensure seamless information sharing.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to product teams while managing technical debt and evaluating new technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing and architecting business-driven, standards-based solutions within a platform or product line context.
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry.
• Deep hands-on experience architecting solutions within Veeva or Salesforce CRM and Omnichannel solutions.
• Expertise in designing Conceptual and Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, and Ontologies.
• Strong knowledge of GxP and international healthcare regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
