Domain Architect - Corporate Functions

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve domain architecture strategies for Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and Corporate Affairs
• Translate corporate strategy into actionable target architectures and technology roadmaps
• Partner with the ERP Domain Architect to ensure SAP and Finance architectures align with end-to-end business processes
• Drive platform convergence by reducing complexity and steering the landscape toward strategic global platforms
• Act as a trusted architectural advisor to executive leadership, including the CFO, CHRO, and General Counsel
• Govern architectural standards, principles, and guardrails to ensure regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR) and operational resilience
• Lead and assure solution architecture within the Corporate domain to ensure seamless cross-domain integration

Requirements

• Extensive experience in leading and assuring solution architecture
• Deep expertise in Finance systems, including ERP, EPM, and Treasury platforms
• Proven experience architecting end-to-end processes such as Hire-to-Retire and Procure-to-Pay
• Experience with HR, Legal, or Procurement technology platforms
• Strong fluency in financial and operational KPIs
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both executive leaders and technical SMEs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working closely with ERP or SAP Domain Architects
• Proven track record of driving platform convergence and simplification strategies in large organizations
• Familiarity with AI/ML use cases within corporate functions
• Experience operating within large, highly regulated environments
