Doll Hair Stylist

Responsibilities

• Approach, acknowledge, and assist customers promptly to provide exceptional service
• Perform doll hair braiding and salon services to enhance the customer experience
• Assess customer needs by sharing product knowledge and suggesting relevant merchandise
• Process all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently
• Share information regarding store events, promotions, and activities with customers
• Help resolve customer issues and suggest exchanges to turn returns into positive experiences
• Communicate merchandise and service needs to management on a timely basis

Requirements

• Experience with doll hair braiding or salon-style services
• Sales experience in the specialty retail or service industry
• Experience working with or around children
• Basic computer skills and experience using a POS system
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, nights, and weekends
